Sir, Myself Ranjan Kumar Biswas booked a document throuh DTDC courier service situated at Mahavir Enclave, Bengali colony New Delhi-110045. The detail of Booking is as under: Consignment No. V14619940, Date of Booking: 11.11.13, Time of Booking : 11.30 AM Consignment addressed to: 16, Dr. Chatterjee Lane, Serampore< PIN 712201. Consignment category: DTDC Plus: Consignment weight: 100 Gms: Charges given: Rs. 450/- The above detaid consignment has not been reached till 13.11.13 at 19.00 hrs. The counter part of Delhi Unit of DTDC charged more than enlisted price printed on consignment note i.e. Rs.450/- after giving assurance that it will be reached by 12.11.13 withing 16.00 hrs. As it was an urgent matter of documents, therefore I opted for secure pack and urgent delivery but the service of DTDC does not prove themselve as upto the quality. I may loss a lot of money for non-delivering the documents well in time. Besides the counter part of Delhi who has overcharged me on such con
