Consumer Redressal

My complaint is against Reader\'s Digest,C/o India Today Group A-61, Sector 57, Noida-201301 I purchased monthly subscription online in June, but after that I have not received any single month subscription from them till now. From 2 months I am talking to them but they are just simply syaing we will cancel it. I have more thatn 15 case ids with executive names. Every time they say only we will forward the details to the concerns.
