Annual maintainence contract with Eureka Forbes authorised service provider for 2 years for RO based water purifier has not been honoured. Service and replacement of filters and carbons is due since May 2013. In spite of repeated calls and requests no one has come to do the needful. I wish to file a complaint for not adhering to contract and causing unnecessary trouble and inconvenience to myself
