Dear Sir, i took internet connection from G broadband ( Gatik Business Solutions PVT LTD) on July 13th 2013. They
installed the cable and i initially used the internet for 2-3hrs and after which connection broke and i have not used the internet till today. I contacted them so many times but they never rectified the issue nor did they respond properly,
even to this day it is not resolved. After great difficulty and running around their office now they do not
want to refund as well. Please help!
I have 2 receipts:
1. Bill No.- 45705 of amount 1000rs.
2. Bill No.-45713 of amount 2700rs.
