Consumer Redressal

A complaint needs to be registered against a personal Credit Card from ICICI bank. The issue backs from 2010 where a cheque submitted to the bank was misplaced by the bank and penalties were charged on the credit card account. Inspite of several letters, emails and phone calls the matter remained unsolved. The amount involved is INR 78,774. After several emails ICICI bank were ready to reduce the outstanding amount to INR 44,000 which is still not right as it is banks mistake and not mine.We have also lodged compaint in RBI ombusement regarding my grevience.
