Consumer Redressal

Dear Sir/Madam, last year i was staying in shiv dharsan bldg, sect-10, khamothe and now i changed to above given address. we took cable tv set top box last year from M/S. Gurukripa cable net works,shop no-3, juhi arcade, plot 55, sect-6a, kamothe, navi mumbai-410209, tel no- 02265273344, mob no- 9223383344, as per the promise that when changing accommodation he will take back set top box and return the 50% amount. but now when i contact him he told me that he will not give any money return and also talk in rude way. it is not the matter of this amount but it is totally cheating the customers and respect less behaviour. here with i am requesting you to kindly do the needfull action and help me. thanking you, yours truly hemalatha pillai
