I bought a samsung galaxy y s5360 from The Mobile Store on 04/06/2012. They gave me a extended warranty of 1 year apart from the Samsung mobile 1 year warranty and took an additional Rs.100 for the same.The display stopped working 1 month ago and as it was under the warranty period of \'The Mobile Store\', i gave it to store\'s branch in Sahid Nagar,Bhubaneswar on 07/10/2013. It has already been 1 months but they are delaying it and making vague execuses.
