Consumer Redressal

Sir, When my split AC (Lloyd make) had stopped cooling probably due to gas leakage, I approachd a private service provider called Mani Air Conditioners, Vashi, whose technician visited, fixed the possible leakage, and filled the gas for Rs.1800/-. This gas refill did not last even for 10 days. I then once again called them who, after checking the system said that the leakage was in the coil (condenser) in the outdoor unit. They then took the machine in June ‘13 and replacd old coil with a new copper coil in October ’13 for which they charged Rs.4500/- Even after changing the coil, the cooling stopd within 5 days due leakage of gas. When I called the same technicians they told me that the leakage is somewhere else & promised me to return with equipments to fix the problem. Till date they have not turned up. The proprietor Mr Lakhan Singh is only making empty promises. This has caused me mental stress & agony. I shall be obliged if u could kindly help me in this regard. Yurs sinc
