Consumer Redressal

I have worked in Tecpro Systems Limited, Chennai for the period from 16/01/2006-07/10/2013 (7 years & 9 months. I have resigned from the Company on 07/10/13 by giving notice period of one month. They have not given relieving order. Since one month have been past, I have to get from the employer the following :- 1) Gratuity 2) Leave encashment 3) LTA 4) Arrears 5) Salaries for August, September & Oct 13 (1st-7th) The above payments will comes more than Rs.3 Lakhs. Kindly advice how to approach & get the things done as soon as possible. Your legal suggestion will help me to get the things faster.
