Sir, My complaint is regarding a ATM transaction in State Bank of Patiala ATM through a SBI account card.I transacted for Rs 5000/- withdrawl in former bank\'s ATM on which it displayed that transaction cannot be completed. latter same day when i moved to other ATM and asked for ministatement,it showed a deduction of Rs 40000/- in a single transaction(in actual it needs at least 2 to 3 transactions to withdraw this amt). When contacted SBI,initially it showed reluctance and strightaway said that transaction was complete.on writing a complaint to SBI authorities they agreed verbally that the nature of transaction is not possible but didn\'t took any step. we even approached bank ombudsman but not satisfied and want to take legal action against the bank.please guide me the solution as this transaction backs to february,13 and a long time as already passed without any action.
