Sir, I had given order of HCL TAB from SNAPDEAL on 18th Oct,2013. Payment done by Credit Card. They promised to deliver on 23rd Oct. On 23rd Oct recieved SMS and mail that it will be delayed by another 3 working days due to heavy orders. When after 3 working days i agian contacted them and got the response that product is not available, we can not deliver the product hence cancelling the order and proceeding for payment. on 30th Oct received message that payment will be made in 4-5 days. but today it is 7th Nov. No payment has been made.And on 4th Nov i agains recieved message that \" Sorry for the delay in delivery, it will be delivered in 3 working days. I am confused what they are doing and contacted them again. Got the response that order is already cancelled, payment refund is in process. Please help me out for refund of money from SNAPDEAL- Order Number was 1340787493 dated 18th Oct,2013
