Sir, when i am in bangalore i got a cedit card, for my ICICI Credit card the bank offered PAY ASSIST SCHEME FOR repaying the amount in EMI, They also gave offer letter i am also paid 5 months due one fine day they said it is not your account also listed my name in CIBIL,i sent the complaint letter to the redressal officer hydrabad, till now i did\'t receive any reply but they listed my name in cibl even i am a regular re-payee of my personal loan and two Wheeler loan in the same bank, i need you help to resolve of file the complaint.plz. guide me thank u.
