Hi, I have booked on 5th Oct, 2013 a L Shaped sofa set (by paying Rs.10K) from Sofa Studio and they agreed to deliver it in 15 days. Till today it has not been delivered. I have been following it up with Naseem (the person who manufactures it) and Aamir (Who has gathered the specifications), and the latest is Naseem said, i have to pay more 4K than agreed. The later is not picking up the phone. Kindly let me know how to proceed further.
