Sir,
I am a pensioner having some fixed deposits in State Bank of India Gol Park Branch. Inspite of submitting 15H form every year on time the bank has deducted a huge amount from my fixed deposits. I have all the received copies of the form with bank seal and signature. The bank authority did not update the details given in the form. They are not even ready to accept their utter negligence and misbehaved with me.
