I gave my phone for repair jobsheet no. KJASPDL0741013K4627 ASP CODE; KJASPDL074 IMEI/ESN 1 : 911305351366753 IMEI/ESN 2 : 911305351366761 to the karbonn Smart Services UG-2,Suneja Tower-2,District Center,Janakpuri,New Delhi on 7th october 2013. The owner mr. himanshu told me to come after 25 days to collect my phone. when I went there today(5th november 2013) he told me to come on 15th november 2013 saying that the phone will be replaced since it cannot be repaired.He told me that s1 titanium had been discontinued by the company so i\'ll get a different model.it\'s just another of his baseless lies because s1 titanium is still in the karbonn product catalouge.He told me that I will be given a karbonn A90 in replacement of my s1 titanium.I feel cheated by your company because I HAD PURCHASED THE S1 TITANIUM FOR RS 8799 & NOW I AM BEING GIVEN A PHONE THAT COSTS JUST RS 4600.EITHER REFUND ME THE AMOUNT OR REPLACE IT WITH A BRAND NEW S1 TITANIUM
