I would like to register complaints for the continuous leakage of ceiling in the bedroom of my flat since one year.I have registered the complaint against the leakage to Society office and also approached the owner of the flat staying above on various occasion. The society has written letter to the owner of flat staying above and i have also offered him to pay 50% of the cost incurred for leakage but he had denied repairs saying that this is not his concern.
Kindly guide me how should I redress my problem
