Consumer Redressal

Hello, My name is Altaf Qadri and I am a photojournalist by profession. I had bought a Samsung 51\" Plasma TV from a dealer in Lajpat Nagar-II on Sept. 12, 2012, under the scheme were the customer would get a Blu-ray disc player free with the purchase. I was promised that the said player would be delivered on my address within 7-10 days from the date of purchase. Despite many personal visits to the showroom and filing complaints to the Samsung nothing has proved fruitful. I feel like being cheated by the dealer and the company. I would be thankful if you could please help me in this regard. Thanks and regards Altaf
