I had purchased a tyre in May from from CHERRY in Jayanagar, Bangalore. The brand is MICHELIN. A week back the tyre showed up a bulge on one side. Immediately I took the tyre to the shop and submitted my concern to them(Ms. Madhu). I was told that in a day they will replace the tyre after inspection. To my surprise after 4-5 days they have replied saying its rejected for replacement. I am amazed as being a common man I do not understand how this can happen. Help me please.
