Sir, I would like to inform that M/S BISWA Sambalpur, Odisha (Chairman . dr.Khirod Mallik cont no 09937016663 & Sec Pitabas Sethy Cont no 07381029602) was not taken any action in connection to the deposit of EPF contribution (both shared) of my service period final settlement amount by Secretary P.Sethy Rs 59159.00 not deposited in my PF account But he said to me we send your document to Rourkela offioce so I would bring to your kind notice that Non-deposit of PF amount with EPF authority is a serious offence and attracts legal action. M/S BISWA has misappropriated my EPF dues along with employer share for the period of my service although recovered from my wage bill of said month. Under the above circumstances, I would therefore request your honors to please take immediate action to make deposit of EPF contribution for the period from by BISWA along with final settlement of my balance PF dues as well as refund of pension fund dues applied through 10(c) EPS and for which act of your kindness I shall remain grateful to you.
