I had Purchased Zync Z5 Black IMIE No - 911222850249200 from Yebhi.com , Invoice Number 3604791 Dated 28/05/2013. . The device was having defect of Non charging and auto Rotation was not working the device was submitted for removal of defect to company\'s nominated service center Luccky Communications (Faridabad, HR) Shop No. 4A, Krishna Palace, Arjonda Chowk, Sector-20B, Neelam Flyover, Faridabad, Haryana. via WorkOrder No RVSRN1309LFB00064 Dated 27/09/2013 The device is having one year warranty from the date of purchase and no physical damage was noticed at the time when it was submitted to service center. Now the service center is not delivering the device to me and asking for payment of Rs-3500/- as damage charges and removal of defect and replacement of touch screen (which was never been my issue).Even I had not given any approval to remove the defect on Chargeable basis.
