Consumer Redressal

AT ATM in KMC building under ICICI Bank Esplanade branch, money was taken out of my account. Machine was hung there was no guard some fellows were loitering inside the ATM using the other machine. Even when cancellation key was pressed it did not work and the fellow took out 4000 from my bank account. I was using the first ATM and there was a fellow using the 2nd ATM. After putting debit card the ATM asked for pin when the pin was put machine showed hung, no guard was there and cancel key was pressed but the machine got jam and the user of the other machine started pressing for giving him to use the machine. This user swindled 4000 out of my account. I blame ICICI Bank for the whole case as they firstly should have put an out of order board or else should have kept a guard. I demand this compensation from ICICI bank.
