Consumer Redressal

I Have invested Rs.2,000,00/- in Siddhant travels three years back. As Mr. Dinesh Jaitapkar told me that company will pay Rs.10500/- monthly upto 5 yrs. After 5 years company will handover vehicle to me. company paid for first 18 months, after that I have not received any amount. Now Mr. Dinesh Jaitapkar refused to pay the balance amount to me & vehicle also. So I request Consumer redressel forum to look into this matter & help me to get my money & vehicle back as per the agreement between me & Siddhant Travels.
