Consumer Redressal

In my CIBIL report a personal loan of 30000 (INR) is wrongly mentioned and bank was citi-financial. But the mentioned loan is not belongs to me. I did not get loan due to write-off written against this loan. I booked one residential plot of Rupees 15 lakh. Then I applied for personal loan. But due to CIBIL write-off I did not get the loan in time. CIBIL has taken 10 days for report & 30days for rectifying the dispute. After getting the report I contacted with citi-financial. They take 1 week for giving me no dues. Then I got the loan. But the time given by builder is crossed & because of this my deal was cancelled & builder gives new plot which was not good as compared to previous one. Because of all this I faced loss of 3 lakh rupees and mental harassment. Please help me for recover of money loss and mental harassment for negligence in service against CIBIL.
