I have a LG -LCD TV which is 4 years old and is under AMC till Oct 2014. my complaint is pending from Aug 2013 and everytime promises are made and very poor customer service. first they said part is not available, then they said part has been traced, again they told it is not available, and now latest again they they have got the part. I am thoroughly tired of following up with them.
