Hi,
I took a loan from Axis Bank and purchased a plot in Hyderabad. Axis Bank Legal department has verified the land documents and approved the documents and provided the loan. I paid 60% of the amount and took 40% as loan. After purchasing the land, a person came and lodged a complaint against me saying that i purchased plot from a person who forged the documents and sold me the plot. As Axis Bank Legal department failed to verify the documents can i lodge a complaint against Axis Bank? Can i request them to hold my monthly EMI till this issue resolves in court?
