Sir,
I have booked a flat in JR Village,Society Raj Nagar Extension in Oct. 2011 and paid 10% booking amount to the builder. After a period of 2 year the society has not been started yet due to non approval from GDA. Now we are asking the payment of booking amount with interest from builder . But builder is giving us Post Dated Cheques. One such cheque get bounce . Kindly advice what to do
