Fraud net banking from my Credit Card -5176-5210-0784-1192 on date 15th and 16th Oct 2013 I am writing my complain to you after trying with HDFC investigation because the HDFC Bank customer care/ Head customer service miss guided me that they are investigating my case and till the date nothing came out from bank’s investigation. It Seems Bank’s employee were involved in the Fraud Credit card transactions. My Credit card account was used on-line purchasing by someone on date 15th Oct ( Late night- 9:00 PM ) till 16th Oct 2013 ( Early Morning-9:30 am ) as mention below transactions made on my credit card. Earlier HDFC Bank not inform me for FIR against Fraud on my Credit Card. I need action on defaulter or HDFC Bank because they are harassing me mentally for payment by phone calls to me without given me satisfactory answer/ Investigation Regards Anil mohan(anil_mohan@cargill.com)..
