I have purchased a Micromax smart phone (A100) 27 August’12 from a authorized dealer (FAST INFORMATION NETWORK PVT. LTD. Hiland park Shop no. 225 in Kolkata against commercial invoice no. 1603/dt. 27.08.12. amount of Rs. 10000.00 (Ten thousand). After one month of purchasing, phone has started giving me the problem. I have given my phone to service center(Anannya Infotel 44, Shyamapally, Yadavpur kolkata. They returned my phone after keeping for 5 days of rectifying the issue.For your information from August’ 12, till now, 4 times, I have given my phone to your service center. This time my phone is lying with them from julyj2013 (Almost 31 days). Still waiting for my phone.
