Dear Sir,
I regret to inform you that we have given our land to the developer in joint venture last 2 yrs but unfortunately he has not concentrated on the project due to which all work is lacking behind.He want power of registration and sale to complete the final agreement. We refuse the same as he is not trustworthy.He is not allowing us to handover the same to another developer.He demands Interest and broker i charge to be given to him.Please advice regarding this.
