Consumer Redressal

I have purchased a Samsung 32 inch Led TV (model-32F5100) from m/s croma retail ltd - Rajaji Nagar bangalore, on 13.10.2013 for Rs.36500.00. I have paid Rs.22800.00 through demand draft with number - 493638 dated 12.10.2013 issued by Corporation Bank - FTS Bangalore branch, in favour of M/S Infiniti retail ltd. rest amount was paid through Credit card. since 13.10.2013 was sunday and 14.10.2013,16.10.2013 & 18.10.2013 were public holiday, the manager of Croma retail told to deliver the TV after clerance of Demand draft. The demand draft was paid by Corporation bank on 17.10.2013. I informed the same to the Store manager (Mr.Vineet Goyal) on 17.10.2013 as well as 18.10.2013. he told that balance has not come yet to Infiniti Retail ltd account. on 19.10.2013 banks were functioning and I asked them to check but then also he denied the receipt of amount. since then I have been communicating to them daily but till today(22.10.2013) they have told that they have not received the amount till now. although the Demand draft has been paid by corporation bank on 17.10.2013 itself but till today the amount has not got credited to their account. I have registered complaint with them to their toll free number as well as customer care e-mail id but they have not responded a single time. all the time I only have communicated. today also I have called them in the morning and they told to confirm the same but they have not even called till now. just now also I have called them but they did not pick the phone even. I think I made a blunder by going to Croma retail for purchasing television. I have handed them the Demand Draft on 13.10.2013 which got paid on 17.10.2013 but till today I have not received the TV. the worst part is that they are not at all resonding. I do not know what to do. they have tortured me mentally and I am really very upset by their behavour. please help me in getting justice
