I worked with Mphasis till March13.Submitted PF refund which were received by Mphasis PF team on 3rd July13. They claimed that amount will be transferred to your account in 2-3 months.So I was expecting it to be received in end of Sep13.On 27th Sep13 I got intimation that \"MphasiS has obtained exemption order from the Ministry of Labour to start its own PF Trust\".Also, my contribution have been remitted to the RPPF Office, and they have indicated that this will be transferred to the MphasiS Trust Account during January 2014.They are claiming that trust will have benefits for speedy claim settlements.Is there any way I can put a complain against PF office/Mphasis ? so that I can receive refund earlier or make Mphasis pay for the incontinences ?I wanted to use this refund in my marriage in Nov13, now due to this delay I have to take personal loan and pay interest on the same.I am in immense shock and worried how would I manage without my hard earned money still with PF Office/Mphasis.
