sir.
i purchased a washing machine Make I F B :WM FAs:AW60 8062 from M/s.
GIRIAS Banaswadi Bangalore3 on02.01.2012 bill no.FS/HB/2144 .But the
machine started giving trouble within 15 days. like the link filter
failed and started making lots of noise like A ROAD ROLLER. which i
reported to the dealer who directed me to the service provider M/s,
Trinity enterprises. who came to repair only after repeated calls.The
link filter was replaced Several times but failed and still to
resolve.Further the machine failed and they have to replace the METAL
ASSEMBLY several times i have lost count of it,and finally they have
taken my machine on 03.09.2013 after several complaint under Ticket
no.11217589 consumer I D no.3204918 telling me the machine will be
returned after repair in their factory within 24 hrs, But till date
they have not returned.I made several calls to their highest authority
