Dear Sir,
Charged for roaming GPRS use on 3rd party network by vodafone for 3 days in M.P. though M.P is vodafone operated circle.
As per customer care I used internet on Idea network so it was charged.
I got connected to Idea network without any warning about extra charges.
Neither I am getting information on network outage from Vodafone.
Can you suggest how to file a complaint to consumer court for waiver of unjustified charges or getting satisfactory responses from customer care.
