Sir, I have no registered LPG gas connection yet. Hence I started approaching my nearest Indane gas agency (Chandrakala Indane G-138 ,Infornt of Old seemapuri Masjid, Dilshad Colony,Delhi-95) for getting a new LPG gas connection but it was not responding properly and was not giving form for new connection. Then I got myself registered online(SL69No.111071720007509 on 31 july 2013) through indane gas’s web site. Finally I could get the form and submitted my duly completed application( sr no 28 od 05 sep 2013 in agency\'s record) to the Indane gas agency on 05/09/2013. Thereafter I have visited agency many times for knowing the progress of application but no one is responding properly. When I make a call to the agency proprietor he does not pick his phone. I have filedcomplaint twice to the indane gas also (comp numbers 1056427, 1059113 and Zonal officer), but did not get the solution. Indane wesite is showing complaints status “resolved”.
