Consumer Redressal

I have sent a consignment to Kolkata . Consignment number is B03321837 . It never reached the destination , DTDC stated that the address is incomplete . I have been sending packages to this address from the past 3 years . The package contained medicines for my parents . When I called DTDC Bangalore they informed that the package has been discarded . They never bothered to inform the sender about the same . Also DTDC said that there was a fire at their office due to which they destroyed the package .
