I am one of the frustrated customer of HCL wherein i did
the mistake of buying a \"HCL Me Y3\" tablet in April 2013. This great product did not worked even after 2-3 months and I registered
complaint back on 30th Aug 2013.
Since then, we have not heard back anything from HCL as well as I had
send mail to nodel officer and technical team On dated 10/6/13 regarding to this however
in responce i got a automated mail which tell me that our customer
care team will contact you within one working days on the same but i
got no mail and even a phone call from there side after that i went to the
service center twice since then but i am unable to get any response
from the service center. I have been calling regularly however still got no responce.
Sir please resolve my Problem Asap.
