To enquire about IFB Front Loader Washing Machine, I have called 1860 425 5678 on 16 Oct 2013, where in they stated that a technician will reach me in 24 Hours and they gave ticket 11666591 for reference. But till 20 Oct 2013, no Technician reached out to me. And on 20 Oct 2013, I reached the IFB Customer Care to know the Status of the ticket. The response is their Application is not working and they have asked me to call again after 4 Hours. If IFB response is like this even before a Product is purchased, one can just imagine, how it will be after the Purchase.
