Consumer Redressal

I entered into a contract with a job consultancy. At the end of the contract, they couldn\'t find me a job and I was entitled for a refund of my registration fees. Which is as per the contract. However, inspite of sending many e-mails, they have not replied and they do not even attend my calls. It has been more than 4 months.
