This complain is regaring CROMA store Juhu, Mumbai. I had bought a speaker on 16th October 2013, however the minute i reached home its not working fine. The sales guy over there did not even bother to test it for me before giving to me. I am really upset with this incident. I am trying to get the cash back.
Please let me know how do i get this problem fixed.
