Consumer Redressal

There is some water leakage problem in our flat from above our flat. It created problem in our ceiling roof of bathroom & water continously drop down from our ceiling. We fill dirty water in tub and throw it 5-6 times in day. After continuous requests, the owner of above flat did not repairs. We had given complaint letter to Society, but society is ignoring saying its your internal problem and you both have to solve it. The owner of above flat is paying no heed in repairs & is expecting us to pay 50% of his repair expenses. Earlier also due to same leakage problem we have paid him 50% of expenses and again the same problem. Why we have to pay for repair expenses which is due to toilet problem. His behavior is not good. Please advice us. What to do and who can help us in this situation without any legal action taken and strictly instruct owner of above flat to do repairs work immediately.
