I had booked a set of furniture from HomeTown in Vikroli on August 15. I had brought a set of double-bed cot, a three-door wardrobe, a nightstand along with a dining table which came free. I was promised delivery of these items on September 4 itself. However, the cot and dining table arrived on September 20 only. I am still to get the three-door wardrobe. Everytime I visit HomeTown, they give excuses saying that the stock is ready but delivery will take a few more days. I have been promised the delivery of the wardrobe three times in the last one month and each time it has missed its deadline. Their excuses are becoming lame...and in the meantime I have had to dump all my clothes on the floor as there is no wardrobe. Please look into it. Thanks
