Few months back I have registered for placement services with Exalt Consulting Placement Services Pvt. Ltd. aka ECPS Pvt. Ltd.
After few days i got job without help of ECPS Pvt. Ltd.
After that so many times I have requested to refund money. Every time they gave new number and update them they will look into that. After 2-3 months I was fed up and stopped calling no one has reverted back.
I have paid 4,500 Rs to them online and I was supposed to receive 4000 Rs back but no one is helping me to complete the refund process.
Kindly guide me how can I file a cheating case or a complaint.
