Consumer Redressal

1) I recently brought tata photon plus having no. 9223798289 which is working. my complain is something else actually i had received an offer through call from one of tata sales person, the offer was that if i buy photon connection before 14th oct then i would get jabong vouchers of Rs. 650/-. also the price of Rs 1800 is refundable after 6 months, also my monthly plan will of Rs. 350/- instead of Rs 450/- for 2Gb data. i also have the email stating this offers with me send to me by the sales person email address tatadocomo2626@gmail.com. and the mobile number of the sales person from which i had received the call is 8976126458. But still, After the activation till date i have not received any jabong vouchers so i tried the phone number of their sales person but it seems he had disconnected the number, I am unable to contact him since 11th Oct 2013. i receive a wrong number notification while trying to contact him. So i called the tata customer service center. tata support but no help
