sir, i booked tatkal railway ticket from thanjore to chennai in mannai express on 01/10/2012 in perambur booking counter for date of journey 2/10/2012.the ticket got waiting list 2 and 3 after preparing chart.hence i got bus.on 3/10/2012 i went booking counter in icf chennai for cancelling ticket at 0511 pm.but they refused to refund the amount due to after starting the train it cannt be cancelled.i request you please get the refund amount rs 500.
