Consumer Redressal

i had applied for denmark PR under green card scheme through consultant called OPULENTUS,nehru place int. trade tower delhi, in the year april\\\'2011. they had confirmed me that it takes 6-8 months for all the processing and by february\'12 ,i\'ll be in Denmark. but too my surprise it took almost 1.6 yrs for the same and ended up with the rejection of my application on the grounds that i have paid less fees to the danish embassy. as per the norms fess was 6000 krone and i paid the same amount but the receiver bank of denmark deducted their charges from the fees which resulted in less payment to the danish embaay. my point is consultant should have informed me about the extra charges so that i would have paid some more amount as they are the masters of this feild and have product knowledge. but now they are agreed that it was a mistake but would only be able to refund 25% of my fees. i have paid Rs.46000/- to consultant and Rs. 53000 to danish embassy and Rs.18000 as visa fees.plz suggest
