I have purchased one brand new Godrej Fridge from Khosla Electronics Pvt. Ltd. of Garia Branch, Kolkata on 19th June, 2012. Last one year we face lot of problem for this refrigerator. It was not cooling & freezing. All our foods has been wasted.Godrej has sent their customer support executive 4 times in one year but they were unable to make the refrigerator all right. After their every visit the refrigerator works for two months but after that it’s again create problem and the cooling system gets failed. Requesting you to take necessary actions to make the refrigerator fully ok.
