Consumer Redressal

Dear Sir, I had opted for a Kotak investment plan in the year June 2010 wherein I had to invest Rs.2,000/- for 3 years after which I get Rs.1,25,000/- in return. I opted for it. However, within few days I received an acknowledgement stating that, I have opted for investment come insurance plan. I called them up to reconfirm for the same as I didn\'t want to opt for a insurance plan at all. They assured Me stating, the plan is the same what I was explained about in the beginning. I trusted them as Kotak is a big name. After the completion of 3 years, i.e, June 2013, I went to collect/claim My money along with the returns at their Kotak Kalyan branch, they denied stating, I have opted for a 15 year plan. I was shocked with their revert. I filed a complaint to their senior at the very same moment. I am struggling since then. My daughters marriage is soon due next year. Please support Me in getting My money back. This letter is written by My son on My behalf.
