Dear Sir,
I have purchsed a Samsung phone in the month of January 2013 and from March 2013 itself i am facing a problem in the phone, in the month of August 1st time i visted to Samsung Service center, Till date they not resolved the problem, Till date almost 10 times they called me at their service center for the resolution but still resolution is pending. please help me out for this.
