I have bought Blackberry Torch 9860. Within 18 months warranty I must have visited the service centre at least 10 times for same problem. Phone hangs and does not reboot. After last reporting on September 23, 2013 I got my phone back after several days without using any phone on October 11, 2013. To my surprise again the same problem. I have requested BB to give me a new phone or refund my money
