Consumer Redressal

I enrolled myself with Tansen Sangeet Mahavidhyalaya Sec-14 for painting classes on 15/4/2012. They charged me Rs.4825 for 24 classes which was scheduled for weekends for 3 months.Pament was done by me through my ICICI Credit card and i still have the receipt of the transaction along with the Institute receipt. But after taking one class they never shown interest in arranging further classes. I contacted the manager Mr. Mayur Saxena but sooner he stopped receiving my calls. i even sent a letter to the institute stating that this shows malafide intention of cheating to a client and asked them to refund my fee but they never responded back. Requesting you to please consider my case and file a case of Cheating against the institute.
